  • Less than 45 days before departure: $500 USD deposit plus full hotel stay (as per hotel requirement).

4. Are all meals included?

When we are in a hotel away from Jerusalem or on Shabbat, all meals will be provided. In Jerusalem, breakfast and 1 other main meal will be provided per day.

5. Can I have some time to visit friends or shop?

You will have some free time scheduled in to the itinerary, but if you would like extra time on your own, best to arrange in advance with trip leader, so that you are not missed and you do not miss anything crucial on the program.

6. What about security measures taken on the trip?

We take all  security precautions based on the instructions we receive from Homeland Security at the time of the trip. If we go to Hevron, we will travel with an armed guard and bullet-proof bus. Otherwise we will play it by ear based on the situation at the time. If necessary, we will hire an armed guard to walk the group on Friday night from the Old City back to the hotel.

7. Will I be able to get a cell-phone or sim-card for use in Israel?

Closer to the time of the trip, you are welcome to contact Nati Samet at simforisrael@gmail.com and fill out the following form: simforisrael.com and this will give you all the information you will need.

8. Do I have to join a group or can I come on my own or with a few friends?

You definitely do not need to join a group of women coming from your city. Of course it is more enjoyable to come with friends, especially for rooming purposes, but it is not a must. You can come alone or with a friend or 2 who are not from your home-town.
